What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard webbing, our MOQ is 1000 meters per color. For custom jacquard webbing, MOQ is 3,000 meters. Military specification and camouflage webbing typically require 3,000 meters minimum. We also offer stock items with no MOQ for immediate shipment.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples for evaluation. You only need to cover the shipping cost. For custom development projects, we can also provide small trial production runs to verify specifications before full production.
What is your typical lead time?
Stock items: 3-5 days
Standard custom orders: 15-20 days
Complex jacquard or mil-spec orders: 25-30 days
Rush orders can be accommodated with prior arrangement.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are certified with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001, REACH, RoHS, and California Prop 65. For military applications, we provide Berry Amendment compliant webbing with full traceability documentation.
Can you match specific colors or patterns?
Absolutely. We can match any Pantone color or physical sample you provide. For camouflage patterns, we offer both jacquard woven and HD printed options. We can also develop custom patterns to your specifications.
Do you offer IRR/NIR compliant webbing?
Yes, we specialize in IRR (Infrared Reflective) and NIR (Near-Infrared) compliant webbing for military and tactical applications. Our camouflage webbing passes standard military spectral reflectance tests.
